About Us

 

We partner with schools, clinics, and other organizations in rural areas of Kansas and neighboring states to offer healthy lifestyle programs to parents and elementary school children.

Our team has been offering health programs to schools since 2006. The iAmHealthy Parents First team is led by Drs. Christie Befort and Ann Davis and includes child psychologists, dietitians, and health professionals who specialize in parents' and kids' health.

The iAmHealthy program is offered through the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) in Kansas City, KS. It is a free program, and it is funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Health as a research study.
